Tamper-resistant pen features a unique locking sleeve that discourages attempts to dismantle it, yet can be easily unlocked without special tools for refills. Damage-resistant, spring-loaded tip retracts into pen if hit against a hard surface.

Sturdy aluminum base mounts easily with double-backed adhesive or with hidden screw. Kable pens use Jumbo Jogger refills. Refills are available (sold separately). Sold 1 per box.
